We were assigned a pull thru site near the back of the park. Site was very muddy so we called the office to ask to move to the site next to us that wasn't muddy but were told they would not move us. Interior roads are dirt with a little gravel on them and were full of pot holes and muddy. Park is overpriced. Would not stay here again.

When we arrived we were told they didn't have our RPI reservation even though we had the reservation number and email from RPI. Had to sit down with park manager while she called RPI. Manager finally assigned us a site even though she really didn't want to. Manager had attitude that she was doing us a favor even though we had a confirmed reservation. We left office feeling like we were the bad guys. Management needs some training in their "people skills". Site we were assigned was along back row with 30 amp power and not very level. Most other sites in the new area are 50 amp. Nice pool but is always full of kids so we didn't even bother. Internet is almost worthless and expensive at $3 a night. We were able to get satellite reception. However, they have signs everywhere that once they assign a site they won't move you if you can't get reception. Full hookup sites are $48 plus GST a night making them over $52 a night.

Very nice park. Lots of trees and grass. Paved interior roads with grass sites. Like another reviewer said watch the bridge clearances carefully. Coming from Manhattan Island area use either Highway 9 or 9A. Although either road is mostly four lane, the outside lane will be a low as 10'1" but the inside lane will be 13'+. Also being from the west coast we were not aware of the restrictions on the Parkways being for cars only.

Nice park close to Philadelphia. Easy on and off the I-295. Quite a few full time residents but park is clean and well kept. Office staff was very friendly. Would stay here again

Stayed here using C2C. Unless you are a member of park you won't get 50 amps and no sewer. The site we were assigned was so out of level we could level our motorhome even using blocks under rear wheel and jacks. We asked office to move and both sites they said we could move to were just as bad as the original. The others would have required navigating a narrow road with trees close to road a several tight turns that would have been difficult for a 40 foot MH. They also have placed a lot of large rocks close to the roads. Many rocks don't seem to be there for any other reason other than damaging RV's as many had paint on them from being hit.

We had requested a full hook up site but C2C doesn't get sewer sites. The only dump site is nearly impossible to get to on a narrow tree lined uneven road. The road we were supposed to use to get to our site was terrible! Trees close together, needed grading badly and sharp turns. The paved road into the park is bad also. Pavement is breaking up and is full of pot holes. Would not recommend this park unless you are in a Class C or other smaller RV. Would not go back.

Like the other reviews above, we found this to be one of the nicest RV parks we've ever stayed at. We took some scenic pictures of the park with the motorhome in front of the little creek that runs through the park. It is only 15 miles from Interstate 77 and well worth the couple of extra miles to stay away from the Interstate. It was really quiet both day and night. There is a lot of space between sites. Tom, the owner, is a walking Chamber of Commerce for the area. He was very helpful to us and made sure we had plenty of things to see and do.

Nice park not to far from town. Staff was friendly. The gnats were terrible when we were here too. Park is close to north entrance to the Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, and Appalachian Trail, and Skyline Caverns. We would stay here again.

Stayed here using Good Sam. We have stayed at Trader's Village in Houston and this is as nice. Most sites have some shade. Nice level concrete pads and streets.

We stared here using Passport America. Recommend getting one of the large premium sites in the back. They are huge pull thrus. The sites up front are really close together and in many slides would almost touch the neighbor. Activities were planned and either canceled without any posted notice or very poorly attended.

Fairly new RV park. Everything is spotless! They have a nice clubhouse. All the sites are level concrete as well as the interior roads. We will stay here again!

We would not stay here again because the roadway at the back of the park you have to use to get to your site has low hanging trees and bushes that make the roadway very narrow.

We stayed here using Passport America. Had stayed here the year before but we were very disappointed with RV park this year. We parked next to a travel trailer and the site was full of junk! A lot of JUNK! Would not stay here again - period!
